General Affairs & Legal

Provide services to all work units in the company and give timely counsel to executives by leveraging management resources to achieve corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Employee benefits & culture building activities: Organize all kinds of corporate events, operate a café, set up work environments, manage corporate vehicles and Busan office, purchase gifts for special occasions
  • Procurement & asset management: Routine purchases, manage and maintain intellectual property rights, computer supplies, SW licenses, and rental services
  • Office building management: Operate staff cafeteria, manage outsourcing contractors and facilities, and assist with licensing matters
  • Infrastructure management: IT equipment maintenance, community contribution, shared office
  • Legal support: All legal related external matters such as contracts, disputes, remittance, cooperation, and company seals
