Technical Customer Service

Based on the understanding of solution product deployment environment and SaaS service products, the team is responsible for establishing professional technical support system, supplying, resolving issues according to customer requests, system improvement, and regular inspection.

Responsibilities

  • Install servers and appliances
  • Manage web server-related products
  • Build and run Window/Linux related remote control solutions
  • Maintain NET/ASP, JSP/JAVA-based products
  • Establish, test, and maintain mobile product systems
  • Build network for products and products
  • Build and support medium/large SI business
  • Prepare and support proposals, plans, supply notes, and inspection notes
  • Support product-related customer proposals
  • Build web servers, relay servers, and database servers
  • Handles troubleshooting, API integration, and security issue
  • Solution maintenance
  • Direct and indirect response to technical faults of overseas subsidiary
  • Initial establishment and operation of products
  • Consult and support for new site configuration
  • Manage customer requirements
  • Negotiate schedule and technical support scope with internal workforce
  • Handle SaaS service and customer queries (remote session and field visits)
  • Review and write technical documentation
