On May 27, 2019, we have updated the RemoteCall 6.0 ASP service.
The biggest change was the addition of mobile support using “RemoteCall Web Viewer”.
Now, support agents can just open a browser on their PC or mobile device and provide support to PC, mobile and even visual.
To enhance the experience, agents have the option to use the “RemoteCall remote support” App as well.
