Update Summary

- Schedule: February 24, 2026 (Tue) 18:30 – February 25, 2026 (Wed) 04:00 (KST)

- Target: RemoteCall SaaS service

- Note: The update will proceed without service interruption in Korea, Japan, and all global regions.
(Korea bypass server will be temporarily suspended during the update.)

 

Main Updates
1. Web Viewer
  • You can now set a profile image via: Web Viewer (top right) > Profile > My Info
    (Choose a default image or upload your own image.)
  • For customers with a Video Support license, the counselor’s PIP image will be linked and applied as the profile image.
2. Others
  • File transfer speed between the RemoteCall agent and host has been improved (Windows OS).
  • Additional bug fixes and feature enhancements have been implemented.
